On July 07-17, 2016, Integral School for Development of Emotional Intelligence, Non-Violent Communication and Mindfulness Practice for teachers and school psychologists residing in post-conflict areas in Eastern Ukraine was held in Bucha, Kyiv Region. The event was organised within the “Social Integration through Development of Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Mediation Skills in Eastern Ukraine” project, funded under the Lithuanian Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme and with financial support from the Swedish Institute.

During ten days of school the participants developed emotional intelligence: they practiced non-violent communication method of Marshall Rosenberg, studied the basics of Ken Wilber integral theory, learned about modern methods of facilitation of lessons and meetings, and took classes in mindfulness practice.
